GS's Kosting put out his 1275 target on the S&P500 before much of the bad recent news came out. Target may need to be lowered.

GS' Kostin's 1275 target on the S&P500 is not a one day thing. It is the value he expects the market to fluctuate around in the near term.

People knew FB was available on the second market if for no other reason than FB is a social media stock. IPO was always a loser.

Many people miscalculated on FB. Reason is simply that FB had been trading for years before the IPO. Demand much less than some expected.

If Spain and Italy experience a significant haircut/bailout, can China really be far behind? Lots of loan problems, esp. if economy slows.

If Spain needs a bailout or a haircut, Italy is almost sure to go the same way. This market is teetering on the brink. It's not healthy.
