  • March 19 A federal jury in Florida has decided in favor of Philip Morris (PM) and another tobacco company in the second federal Engle case - which allows former class action members to file individual lawsuits - to go to trial. Since January 2011, about two thirds of the cases tried in Florida have resulted on verdicts for the company or mistrials. Shares -0.6% AH.
