  • May 18 Goldman Sachs downgrades Bankrate (RATE) to Neutral from Buy after finding better risk/reward propositions in the space. The company - which cut its teeth reporting the highest rates on CDs and the lowest rates on mortgages - has struggled bringing in online advertising dollars at an increasing pace.
