  • Monday 9:22 AM An MDU Resources (MDU) subsidiary purchases a 50% interest in Whiting Petroleum's (WLL) Bakken oil and natural gas midstream assets for $66M. The facilities include a newly constructed, state-of-the-industry nat gas processing plant and a nat gas gathering pipeline system connected to the plant.
